Currently, we do not deliver to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide an alternate address for delivery.
Tracking Your Orders
To track your order shipments via UPS / USPS / DHL / EMS, please refer either to your shipping confirmation email, order confirmation under My Account or directly on the UPS / USPS / DHL / EMS website via tracking number.
Merchandises may be dispatched from different warehouses; therefore, your order may arrive in different packages. You will receive email confirmation of en route merchandise.
Out Of Stock Items
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the customer may be subject to additional charges, known as “import taxes”, levied by the destination country. These additional charges may include, but are not limited to, custom duty fees, sales tax, and any other handling costs determined by the respective customs offices. The recipient is accountable for any additional charges requested by customs.
LOOR WHITE is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the destination country and has no control over such charges. If the recipient refuses a shipment from LOOR WHITE, the recipient will bear both the original and return shipment shipping costs and any import fees incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied and happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), we will gladly refund your purchases within 14 days of receipt (items must arrive to the warehouse). However, returns outside of this period are not accepted at our discretion.

Before your package leaves the warehouse, it is carefully inspected and controlled by the team. Any returned items that do not meet our policy, will be shipped back to the customer and with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately for items that are received damaged.
Please note, for all returns and exchanges, items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and ALL tags must attached. Any designer packaging such as boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards and tags are considered part of the product. LOOR WHITE reserves the rights to request photographic support for defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. IFCHIC reserves the rights to refuse any merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the return policy. Once returned items are received, full refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We carefully monitor all customer returns; repeated returns will be flagged and may be rejected at our discretion or lead to termination of your LOOR WHITE account.
All FINAL SALE purchases are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are also not subject to price adjustments.
Please note that you will be notified via the email address provided on your registered account once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS to process your return; the transaction may take up to a month to reflect on your financial statement.
